I think the alternative is more likely, they will uphold the Constitutional authority of the State Legislatures to establish the parameters for elections. I don’t recall the case, but Roberts argued the courts should stay out of political matters and setting the boundaries for Congressional districts is a political matter.

This article is very Left leaning based in my opinion...... Dem's are scared, and they know they are going to lose. Mocking bird media is trying to paint most all Republicans as Conspiracy Theorists, loose canons, radicals and so on. I am LOVING the movie being "scripted".
