My dad taught me to make Lativan pancakes. Thin like a crepe but so good. Super simple too. 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 3/4 cup four, 1tbs sugar, pinch of salt. Mix smooth. Makes 6 pancakes 8 to 10 inch round.
Hot frying pan with oil. I use a sauce laddle for adding to pan. Pour the oil in the center of pan add the mix to the center of the oil and roll the pan to spread across the pan evenly. They cook fast. A minute or two on one side and like 30 seconds once you flip(the hardest part)
