The part of me that thinks that DJT will be back before 2024 makes me think he’s going to wait till after Jan 2023 that way he can finish out the 2 years then have another four years, being that the full amount of time a prez can serve is ten years. Cuz if he came back before Jan 2023 then he can’t serve that additional four years. What do y’all think?

I think your analysis is incorrect.
I believe the rule is that one cannot be "elected" to more than two terms.
So, If he were made Speaker of the House today, then ascended to the White House via the rules of succession, he could still be elected in 2024 to his second term. Afaik there's nothing about being in office long enough for it to count as one of the two permitted terms.
That's the way I understand it, anyway.
If he intervenes now he finishes what’s left of biden’s term. If he waits until January 2023 he gets to finish out the remainder and is still eligible to run again.
I think you missed my main point... length of time having replaced Biden is irrelevant. He will replace Biden via rules of succession and NOT by being ELECTED. Therefore, it will not count as one of his two ELECTED terms as President. He can still be elected to his second term.
