The statistics seem inaccurate anyway since the last I saw the CDC said 43% test positive for HIV/Aids and 50% attempt/commit suicide. I'm sure these numbers are even higher now so maybe they just want to use the latest numbers rather than the old ones. I'm sure if we put some effort into it, we could get those numbers up, but we are told to play nice so just let them Darwin themselves out of existence.
