If I were a Dr. with any sense, and knowing I had already destroyed my career and practice by going ALL IN with Covid, I would be sharing such notices I received with the people, in an effort to simply REMAIN a Dr. after such a colossal clown show. Granted, at least one has, hence the post, but those who haven't no longer have that option.
