We pay for all of that, so not "free." But traditional vaccines work, they work well. The covid one is not traditional.

Amish have extremely high rates of dwarfism, angelman syndrome, and Tay-Sachs. Using your logic, vaccines must prevent those disorders. 🤷‍♀️
