I live in west Boca Raton, directly in the flight path for both Ft Lauderdale and Boca airports. When Trump was president and every time he came down here to his winter whitehouse, the air traffic was rerouted - without fail. I could always tell when Trump was in town because of how the planes were flying. Every other time, the planes took their regular routes.
He is down here now, and the planes are STILL getting rerouted. Flying low over my house in a different flight path than when he isn’t here.
Is it normal for flight paths to continue to be diverted for an EX President??
Regarding temporary flight restrictions (TFRs):
"A VIP TFR near Dallas, Texas has been in place since January of 2009 in the area over former president George W. Bush’s ranch. The Trump Tower in New York City has also been protected by a VIP TFR since January 2017."

I don’t know the answer to your question, but have you ruled out change in wind direction?
Just looked at the TFR list, can see nothing published. It may be a wind direction route for change of runways?
I think it's definitely unusual but not 100% always only when GEOTUS is there. There are other factors too, mostly wind direction, yeah.
