This type of shit is the origin story of the Punisher. It won't be long and we will see strait up vigilantes running around in small groups dispensing justice. Underfunded police will be helpless to stop them.

I don't desire it. It is simply inevitable. That guy has a son, a nephew, or an old friend, etc...
