As my last response to you, I am happy that you are a Christian brother. But you seem to have a distorted view of Catholics. I have told you whom I worship. Yet YOU insist that I worship images. Do you not have a crucifix or image of Jesus or a printed Bible passage hanging on your wall or in your pocket or on a chain around your neck that you use to remind yourself who your Savior is or to profess your beliefs to others? When you see these kind of things do you fall to your knees and worship these images? My guess is you do not worship these images and neither do I. They are a useful tool, that is all. YOU claim I blaspheme the blood of atonement when I participate in a sacrament that Jesus prescribed in the Bible "do this in memory of me". Do you not follow Jesus' instructions from the bible?
I'm not claiming that Catholics are perfect, better or even close. But I don't believe that your particular path is the only one to salvation. Add long as you believe in the one, true GOD and love your neighbor as yourself, I will stand with you. Peace, brother.
It's good that you look out for yourself, but what about all the people that are led into apostasy by this religion? I used to wear crucifix around my neck, carried niv with me and was a methodist for more than 40 years, first being taken to this church by my grandmother and grandfather. And now I have no crucifix, I read the KJV daily and I'm a Bible believer. I've been shown the truth. And I didn't cling to the apostasy, making all kinds of excuses for it.
