Was the retired general asked if the US has conducted or attempted to conduct research regarding developing supersoldiers anywhere on earth or at any time in US history? General does a good job making sure to mention teenage mutant ninja turtles and Barnum & bailey circus. Don't know about the claim but I don't believe this general as he deflects with humor and continues propaganda claiming the biolabs are just getting rid of former Soviet chemical weapons. Does it take 20 years to get rid of Soviet weapons?
