There is some oddity in the colors shown. In the picture here it looks like everyone is in black except Jared. Other pictures show most of the ladies in black.

Well, if you remember the blue dress/gold dress illusion from a few years ago, cameras and print can distort colors very convincingly. Best tactic is to get multiple photos for comparison. I had the same conclusion, the ladies are wearing black and the men dark blue.
