I realize that with such authority, he would very well try to issue such orders and impose harsh rations on daily Kilowatt usage. I just hope he does not do this period. I hope something will stop him from doing this.

He just declared to have cancer… I don’t think any of his handlers will allow him to invoke any emergency powers
