There have been quite a handful of world leaders resigning along with their staff. Tomorrow we will see the resignation of the Italian PM and I'm sure there will be more to follow. There's no doubt that many see this as a win and it very well could be, but is it possible that this could all be a set up. That these leaders are stepping aside in order to usher in a greater evil or that they are simply going into hiding before a serious fall out? I'm sure there are many anons here that have done far more homework than I have and have a better understanding of what is going on amd that is simply what I am seeking. I'm also remembering a posting I read back in 2016 from someone claiming to have been part of the Illuminati trying to get out and wanting to warn the world of what's to come. The last thing they said was to watch as the leaders and elite of the world go into hiding. They said it will seem as though they are just stepping down or even being assassinated, when in reality they are going into hiding in bunkers preparing for a world war. They said "when you see the rockets flying from Israel, it's too late. It's over." Sounds like "saving Israel for last." I know I sound like I'm dooming and I promise I'm not trying to. Just seeking understanding of what's happening. I wish I was as wise to all of this as I see many other anons here to be.
Winning or a set-up?

If you understand blockchain, you would know for certain that is not true.
BS. The people that "control" it can "manipulate" it. Even if it was "safe" it's not the answer because there will always be a hint of doubt. Only paper ballots with a paper "trail" are safe, individual ballots with signatures that can be verified. And your very first words say it all..."If you understand blockchain,"...That's the problem, nobody understands it.
Individual paper ballots with signatures that can be verified is a very manual process that can and has resulted in fuckery. Blockchain verifies signatures with exactness. It counts the votes with exactness. It is the best technology to handle the voting process.
Saying 'nobody understands it' is wrong. The crypto currency market is worth $billions and continues to grow despite numerous pullbacks and attacks. The technology exists - it's here - and it's usable for all purposes where a verifiable market and fair transactions are desired. If it could be hacked, it would be hacked.
People are in control of everything and can manipulate anything - until a decentralized algorithm is agreed upon, made public, and can be verified mathematically. That decentralized algorithm is the blockchain and it removes all mystery of whether amounts were created and counted correctly or not.
If you want to allocate an amount of votes for each precinct and verify that no more than the precincts' voter registration population are allocated - blockchain. The precinct would publicize the number of voters in the precinct on the blockchain and it would be public to all. Then, the votes would be allocated based on percentage of actual voters. All votes would get a public key and private key. The public key would be visible to everyone and the private key is kept private by the voter - and only known to the voter. The voter could verify that their key was used to record a vote the way they voted - and it would trace through the blockchain from its origin. Every single vote could be traced back to the original precinct making the request. Hell, even the voter could own their own private key that allows him/her to make the request for a vote in a specific election. Every piece of the process can be solved with a proper algorithm using this technology.
