Ironically the greatest praise of the 2nd Amendment was by Yamamoto when ask why he would not invade America in WWii he said, 'there will be a rifle behind every blade of grass'. The Morons that pretend the 2nd Amendment can be changed have No idea what 120 Million armed Americans WILL do to their Treason.
Is that a true quote? I am eternally baffled by the foresight and wisdom of our founding fathers. Especially for their ages at the time. Young and smart.
The "try AND take it" made me wonder the same. Indeed, it should have read "try TO take it." In addition, Monticello claims it's not his quote, having surfaced around 2007.
