Who has heard of the US Justice Dept JFK letter to Warren Commission, now known as the Stroud Document, shows Justice Department in June 1964 sent independent witness verification to top Warren Commission lawyer Mr Rankin that Oswald could not have got from the 6th Floor of the Texas School Book Depository to the 2nd Floor along with other supporting signed testimony.
The key original testimony stenographs of all witnesses on just the day of 7th April 1964 was officially destroyed

The original tapes of 7th April 1964 Warren Commission Testimony of Adams, Lovelady and Shelley were recorded as officially destroy by the Warren Commission.
This appears to be the only destroyed WC testimony as can be seen in the National Archive documents in the link below see 2 National Archive documents

The Key point is that the Justice Dept Stroud Letter of June 1964 independently verifies information, from an independent Justice Dept related party, that Mrs Garner the supervisor of Adams and Styles confirmed they went down the stairs immediately after the JFK shooting and that Mrs Garner remained by the 4th Floor Stairs until officer Baker and Mr Truly came up these stairs having already talked to Oswald on the 2nd Floor.
It was therefore clear that Mrs Garner had proved, without her knowing it, that Oswald could not have used these stairs as an escape route, after a 6th Floor shooting, as was and is now believed.
It can be seen from the Stroud Letter that the to top Warren Commission lawyer Mr Rankin was notified of

that all this had been officially investigated on the same day this Justice Department letter was sent, 2nd June 1964, to Mr Rankin
No one has disputed these documents including the destruction of the original stenograph testimony real.

What is set out shows that there were 4 women in one of the 4th Floor offices of the Texas School Book Depository were watching JFK drive by in 1963.
They were Miss Adams, Miss Styles, Mrs Garner the office superivsor and Mrs Dorman. About 6 other women were in other 4th Floor Offices
Miss Adams, Miss Styles and Mrs Garner confirmed in the Warren Commission or FBI and later statements and via the supporting Justice Department Stroud Letter that Lee Harvey Oswald did not come down the stairs from the 6th Floor to the 2nd Floor of the Texas School Book Depository following the JFK shooting as is believed, as they were on those stairs at the time he was supposed to use them. Mrs Dorman filmed the JFK event from the 4th Floor window and remained in the office. Garner, Dorman and others in other the 4th Floor offices stated to the FBI they believed the shots came from another building.

Miss Adams, Miss Styles and Mrs Garner have all given later testimony about what happened the day JFK was shot which is the same or more extensive than they originally gave and in line with the timings of their FBI statements from 1963 through 1964 and the Stroud Letter
Lovelady's Commission testimony in the link below is important as it shows he seems to know he will be asked about Adams but he says he cannot swear it was Adams he saw. Shelley's statement is equally vague.
Both statements were used to try to undermine Adams testimony of timings and make possible Oswald's escape using the stairs to get from the 6th Floor shooting to the 2nd Floor without being seen.
Adams says that references to Lovelady and Shelley were added to her testimony and it is officially recorded that all the original Warren Commission stenograph tapes of Adams, Shelley and Lovelady taken on 7th April 1964 were officially destroyed unlike those of other witnesses on other days.
The Stoud Letter seems to independently prove it is almost certain that Adam's Warren Commission statements were altered to effect the timings.
Mr. BALL - What is her full name? Mr. LOVELADY - I wouldn't know. Mr. BALL - Vickie Adams? Mr. LOVELADY - I believe so. Mr. BALL - Would you say it was Vickie you saw? Mr. LOVELADY - I couldn't swear. Mr. BALL - Where was the girl? Mr. LOVELADY - I don't remember what place she was but I remember seeing a girl as she was talking to Bill or saw Bill or something, then I went over and asked one of the guys what time it was and to see if we should continue working or what.
Adams and Styles independently in later statements make clear they only saw the same man as officer Baker also later says he saw before he and Mr Truly found Oswald on the 2nd Floor room
“one man all three individuals—Miss Adams, Miss Styles, and Officer Baker—independently told me they noticed near those elevators: a large black man. That is the only person Vicki said she saw and spoke to, not Shelley or Lovelady. That is the only person Miss Styles observed. And that is the same man Baker told me he was about to confront, a la Oswald seconds later, until Truly told him the black man was an employee.”

This HSCA testimony says George de Mohrenschildt confessed to Willem Oltmans that he had worked with Oswald and others to arrange the JFK assassination.
Willem Oltmans says that George de Mohrenschildt very clearly implied that H L Hunt funded the JFK assassination
