Decertification no not really.

But maladministration. Definitely. Triggers a re-do election usually. There's precedent and it's happened before, albeit at smaller scale.

Not sure what the next step would be but yes there's a mechanism.

Trump's lawyer has talked about it on several recent interviews.

Also Patriot Patel has an interview on Rumble with Jon? forgetting last name right now ... expert working on the 2020 election fraud in a case. He explains maladministration pretty well, I can't get to the link right now but it's DEFINITELY worth watching.
