It could be that the graphene particles in the shots were structured as antenna to be excited at 18 GHz. Given the satellite system covers just about everywhere of global significance, this could be used to affect individuals in clear sky outdoor areas. What better way for wide spread exposure. It is a rather weak signal strength transmission, and is probably doubtful it could penetrate and excite graphene oxide particles in the blood. If it could, it may be possible to transmit trigger codes to activate latent diseases inherent in the jab, or just simply cause excessive internal hemorrhaging from oscillating sharp graphene oxide particles in the vascular system, which could result in blood clotting. Scary stuff. Hopefully this is a theoretical hoax.
