That was prior to the West Virginia vs. EPA ruling, I assume? Climate change regulations should be pretty much null and void at this point.

Not here new carbon tax has ramped up the price on new vehicles, coal and farmers are now having to get resource consent just to fart ATM. Crippling a nation deliberately.
