Blue foods have something called anthocyanins, cyan meaning blue, that is anti-inflammatory and anticancer and about a dozen other things. That includes not just blueberries and blackberries, but very many types of food that you can grow will have a blue variety rich in anthocyanins. This includes blue corn, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, bok choy, spinach, you name it.
