Gitmo has been expanded. That's what makes me think military action is still in the cards. Civilian courts do not feed into Gitmo, unless I am mistaken?

In the 1950 case Johnson vs. Eisentrager it was determined that American citizens CAN be tried as Enemy Combatants. 💥
