It's like a thousand false starts to expose and confirm the enemy as evil, and to have them expend energy and blood on battles that in the end- don't really matter, for Trump is in it to win the war- not the battle.

Q and Co successfully pump up pivotal moments into being the "big one," so much that they fool even us. Good. The end will be sweet.
