I'm 35 and unvaxxed. I just caught shingles and I've had lung issues for about 1.5 years now. Coughing up thick long strands of yellow mucus.
Get a nebuliser and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Dilute it 30x with deionised water to make it 0.1%. Inhale it with the nebuliser.

I had shingles at 25 or so, about 7 years ago so before coof or anything. I was very stressed at work at the time though. Shingles can happen in healthy people even at a young age, if they've had chickenpox before. As your and my examples show, I'm not really convinced that these stories of shingles happening are from the vax considering I got it at a very young age before any covid stuff even started. Shingles happened before and is simply still happening as normal.
