Just saw Scotty's latest video, and Patel patriot seems to think too he could be part of the devolution plan.

Could this be why we saw the story the other day that all decisions needed to go through him, and he said any orders from Trump has to be cleared by him? Had Trump already devolved power to him?

I've thought about this too, but i can't make any sense of it right now. It must be difficult mentally to play the fool in front of the world.

Another thing i was thinking is that he's compromised, and was forced to play this or face worse.
