Good news for a 100 year old company but hedge funds and market makers have made billions of fake shares and sold millions of naked shorts to drive this company’s stock price into the ground. Laws were made in 2008 preventing Naked shorts and only the company can create shares. But the SEC in this instance is allowing crime to continue by allowing hedge funds and market makers to do what they want. This isn’t happening to just AMC it’s market wide. Manipulation and corruption just like all the other 3 letter agencies.
