Banks send old torn bills to the Fed for destruction. They have procedures in place that take bills out of the money supply for reasons that are good. Why would the Fed want cocaine filled bills floating around the money supply? Or ripped, soiled, badly crumpled bills? Yep, I've never seen a 1963 bill handed back to me at the grocery store because they wear out over time and the Fed needs to keep a healthy supply of bills in circulation. This isn't much of a "thing" but more of an observation by the OP.

Ya buddy I know that. I’m saying there isn’t any new physical bills in circulation. No bills AFTER 2017.
