I have long considered that there is a black hat "Biden" and that the White Hats have one as well. Many on each side, probably, and none of them the real one. As their side is well aware that the original Biden is long gone, there's not a lot they can do when the white hat Biden delivers a video message, does his pratfalling act and Benny Hill routine to make them look foolish.
