I buy the equate off brand at Walmart. Had a stroke 2 years ago due to carotid dissection. Was 43 and not unhealthy. Supposed to be caused by neck hyperextension. Been taking it nearly 2 years in coffee. Supposed to help artery elasticity. No way of knowing but it has improved digestion as the whole gi tract benefits from collagen. Also hair grows faster. Everywhere. Also vit c helps body process and build collagen.
