i've seen how hidebound people are too. trying to pull otherwise good solid conservatives out of the party of controlled opposition even when we have Trump to lead the way- it's like pulling teeth. seen it professionally too, people care more about their own egos than admitting they were wrong, changing their ways and doing their damn jobs 100% better.
