Bug eyed/drug eyed biden doesn't make any sense if we are talking about deepfakes. Take a look at this latest unreal engine test/demo:

Unreal engine is a game engine which is used to create game's. The above link is a realistic animated face (watch till the end!).
If a game engine can do this, what do you think the deep-state can use technology wise??? They could render something truely realistic in stead of that ...that...that pcp-injected-drug-face.
It doesn't make any sense...It's just all weird.
Unless they actually drugged him up, but could that make his face so different?
For one thing, Unreal is very expensive to lease. One could track down their customers, too. For another, this trailer glosses over a ton of things about making an animation like this. No government slavey is going to sit down and make such a realistic Joe CGI in an afternoon. Unreal has automated a number of things in modeling but it still takes some serious talent and many hours to make a scene, because a game engine is what takes all the inputs of models and scripting and audio and lighting and puts them together. Here's a very good summary of what goes into the engine: https://game-ace.com/blog/unreal-engine-3d-modeling-a-step-by-step-guide/ Read this and picture some flunky doing it on the spur of the moment. This is why I think there is a real Joe, or an actor, and the bugeyed video and all the other strange video details we've seen are the result of video editing. It would have, in the long run, been more convincing to have hired a good modeler and rented Unreal and built up a library of models just for special occasions, but ((they)) who are controlling Joe's appearances didn't have that foresight.
I never said unreal is the package they used or should be using. And software can be copied and modified without having the need to register/buy in order to use it. Hell...they could have implemented (read:stolen) code from various engines...
My point was "this is what can be used publicly" and "now imagine what they have access to"
I think they not only have access to technology years or maybe even generation(s) ahead of what we use but also to gifted people who.
And maybe those people purposely made it none-real...
I don't know, I could be wrong, this is all IMHO.
My point is that their product, video-wise, is far from the quality of Unreal, which is top of the line because it's been developed for years, as have the modeling programs such as were used to make the trailer and Unreal addons. Of course the government could steal it and with the library of models and animations available, make a better rendering of Biden. But they didn't. They don't have talent or time, apparently.
