We are a very small home church, we contribute all money to help out in our town & the local towns around us: local rehabs that run on donations, people that are hospitalized, people whose homes that have been damaged / Destroyed by fire or tornado, etc., funeral expenses. We’ve also given small scholarships to local needy kids starting college, any bit helps with books or a laptop. We go to the utility companies & help pay for people struggling to pay their bill before they get disconnected. During covid we donated to people who were jobless. We help pay for doctor’s bills when someone is sick & can’t pay it all on their own. These are just some of the ideas where God has prompted us to tithe. We might save money for weeks before God highlights where we need to tithe.
