In Arizona, we turn down our water heater in the summertime. Our water heater is inside the house, in the laundry room. So the water that comes out of the water heater is actually colder than what comes out of the pipes from outside. If we use our water from outside to take showers, it literally burns your skin. So we just turn down the water heater, and use lukewarm water for the showers. It’s a much better gig.
