So what do you guys think that this is going on here? Did the actor intentionally not blink to draw attention to the color of his eyes ?very strange if you ask me.

The fake Biden has always had brown eyes. The real Biden has always had blue eyes.
Everybody step back a long ways from this situation and react to it the way someone brand new and bored with politics would view it. If you didnt know anything at all about Biden, wouldn't you assess the video as being really shitty cgi only a few levels above Max Headroom but no where near as pleasant?
