Of those, IMO, the NLT may be the easiest to read, and the NIV would be the next. People around here get tied up a bit about which version to use, but just remember, they are ALL translations, so stick with one or two for now and go from there.
The original Holy Bible was written over many years in Hebrew, Greek, and Latin. Translations were written at different periods in history. The English language has changed over the years, therefore the translations are different. That is ok. Just keep reading and leave the theology debates to the theologians for now.
