Its winter here in Aus, and typically a winter cold would result in me coughing and spluttering for ages with persistent respiratory infections.

But I just caught a cold a few weeks ago .. got over it in 3 days, with just a tiny bit of phlegm for the week afterwards ... definitely think the Quercetin, zinc, Vit C & D is working its magic!
