As today, the pronouns were misleading, and I believe Daniel did this as a meta test:
(Edited to clarify that: I think Daniel by messing with the pronouns that describe this system in Hebrew is giving us all a signal to mess with the pronouns in his description in order to crack the puzzle of what is being described, and also that messing with pronouns may be a secret clue as to what this system - unable to be clearly defined and named but spanning the entire world, and therefore John of Patmos's Book of Revelation MYSTERION: BABYLON - truly is and does. An identifying MARK as it were..... think about it.... one of the actual marking signs of today's system is the idea of they/their: literal Legion - and its favorite topic is messing around with and in fact inventing pronouns, which is odd, and remarkable, and has never been seen in any governing system before)
Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
Switch the pronouns. Today, this should be easy:
Neither shall [this system] regard the God of [their] fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for [it] shall magnify [itself] above all.
Unfortunately, a largely us and European-invented system that
Disregards God, Jesus, and any Christian church whatsoever - check
Disregards and in fact regularly insults women in a vivid, SPECTACULAR way never seen before in human history: what is a woman? - check
Disregards any god: Islam now rainbow, Judaism now rainbow, paganism now rainbow, every god rainbow - check
It, and by proxy The Self, is the greatest of all
Anyone else seeing what too much caffeine has made me maybe see this morning?
Honestly you may be onto something fren... Great post btw! Very thought provoking
Thanks! My eyes almost crossed together when it hit me today earlier this morning.
Honestly, from personal experience, God seems to put ideas and correlations into my head when I ruminate on scripture or certain events within scripture. It's like you said, it just hits me in the face and I about go cross eyed! It seems so obvious when you sit and think and let the holy spirit talk to you!
