Just went to the dentist office with my mom. They wanted her to sign a document that says "i acknowledge there is a pandemic."

Whats the purpose of this?

Please tell me she did not sign it. There’s no reason for them to be asking this question. That is 1984 right there. If they were to force her to sign that, I would find a new dentist. Please tell me you did not allow her to sign that. Please
