Meh... it's a non-issue. Let's "break it down":

The blades core is cnc machined from wood and glued together.
They are then vacuum bagged using fiberGLASS (literally glass) fabric and polyester resin, which is derived from petroleum.
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. It'll all disintegrate and go back into the earth where it came from to begin with.
The whole idea is good on paper, but total crap in reality.
They never give a ROI - and the only suckers who invest in them, albeit unwillingly, is the taxpayer.

Bull pucky...the maintenance is ridiculously expensive. ROI is low - and that doesn't account for blades getting sand/debris damaged depending on location. Ask an actual wind turbine field service engineer.
