Interesting video. I'd also like to mention you can get sulforaphane by consuming Broccoli microgreens. Studies have shown it can contain anywhere from 4x-40x that of adult Broccoli.

Yes you are right, broccoli sprouts are far more powerful than regular brocolli. I'm moving towards sprouts instead because sprouts are usually grown indoors away from ch*mtrails that drop aluminum and other heavy metals on outdoor food supply like brocolli which would absorb such toxins outside.
