What needs to be understood is this:

The Presidency isn't a particularly high rank considering everything that happens behind the scenes. The President is almost like a mascot, in that sense.

Trump is beyond the Presidency now, he's a King Maker.

It literally doesn't matter if he ever attains the OO ever again.

What actually happens remains to be seen.

Pence is below irrelevance.
