Wouldn't doubt that happening. Merriam-Webster already updated their definitions of vaccine and have updated the definition of "herd immunity" to reflect it coming from vaccines, without mention of previous exposure, then later updated it again to finally include "vaccines and previous exposure" after the vaccine narrative started to crumble.
