I worked in a big city hospital. On a slow day, there wouldn’t have been time for everyone to get together and learn a dance, much less leave the floor and perform it in the parking lot. These nurses did it during a deadly pandemic, over and over again, all over the country. It was supposed to come off as cute and lighthearted, but it looked sinister and bizarre.
