melatonin usually fixes me up. benadryl when it's bad. just don't make any plans.
after improving my diet and getting regular exercise, cutting out nsaids.. it really helped both with sleep and with the effectiveness of sleep aids.
Don’t take Benadryl it causes dementia. Magnesium and/or cbd
