It's a pretty bold statement to make I agree, however it's Not one that the voters will forget once she's in...And if she doesn't do it people will immediately see....

True, but those in Arizona will have to vote her in to see how she will do. Then the next time around they can judge actions vs words, and don't forget, if half her government refuses to work with her like the DS did with Trump, she will be hampered in what she can do.
