That's probably an accurate assessment. Once a guy I know who operates a large, successful business told me that young people looking for employment at his company, "These kids don't want a JOB, they want a career." In other words, they really didn't want to work in the traditional way we know work, but they wanted all the trappings of a career....an office, a desk, long lunches, flexible hours, benefits... but did not expect to have to work for it.
Exactly! They want the image & lifestyle without the hard work and dedication behind it .
This is exactly why the private sector is suffering. NO ONE wants to work. They are also enticing the youth even further by handing out fat unemployment benefits and coof money. If young people these days weren't entitled already....
