Do a study of something that has just occurred, then show how it isn't that thing you were looking at/for..............explain it with negatives...."it isn't from Africa"....."it isn't like other monkeypox"......the exceptional positive statements being "more".
Like it but more.
But not like it.
Now....summarize your story/study.
Now get it 'passed' and then get it published and then get it publicized.
How long has this new epidemic been going on now?
Logistics issues suggest fuckery afoot?

It is true that it is not a long term, placebo controlled randomized trial article. It's just only what it states it is - a presentation of the clinical features and novel presentations of monkeypox in London:
Clinical features and novel presentations of human monkeypox in a central London centre during the 2022 outbreak: descriptive case series
BMJ 2022; 378 doi: https://doi.org/10.1136/bmj-2022-072410 (Published 28 July 2022)
Is this a plandemic? That is exactly the possibility the article leaves open - is the origin of this man-made? It is strongly implied that this cannot be ruled out.
It's not unusual to present case studies of a new outbreak or disease in this way. But you raise a very important point - is there a history of undocumented MP in this population pre-vax when human immune systems were robust that never drew any clinical scrutiny?
The answer is almost certainly yes, and MP is due to the jab destroying immune systems. Gay men are the canaries in the coal mine. It makes sense to implement strict closures in this case when it never did for COVID.
