Flimsy?

Was Phillips formerly the Miss. head of Human Services? Is that flimsy?

Did he resign from this position? Why?

Was he formerly Texas Deputy Commissioner of Human Services? Is this flimsy?

Were there alleged impropriety issues?

Objective: Given that folks here have postulated that Phillips is everything from intelligence, military, an operator and even Q team when there is no documented history to support these assumptions and given that based on these assumptions folks put their faith and trust in Phillips' hopium events like "hot August" and his ability to assist in the overturn of the 2020 election, the objective is to dig to find out who and what Phillips really is.

Is he deserving of any faith and trust?
