I’ve been pondering this for a while now. I’d love to hear what others think will be involved. Will we lose all power or just the ability to communicate or receive any outside info apart from the emergency broadcast system?

Find a good radio learn the Mars channels. Fuck the licensing etc. Use good radio ettiqete. If u prepare ahead of time with others you caN develope some book code systems and schedules. communicate pretty effectively on non secure channels. An be sure you have anough power.
