I have always asked this since I was of legal voting age. It is very offensive to me having automatically on official governmental paperwork any other language than English. If you want to live in America, speak, read and write in English.

Mexico doesn't print ballots in english,or anything else.

It is racist printing official ballots, etc in any language other than English. It should be illegal/not official use too.
