Just saw an article (kept scrolling, sorry lost the link and worse, tried to search to find it again and there are so many stories I couldn't locate again) where they get a call over a heart attack and while the paramedic is treating the patient he has a heart attack and needs to be treated by the other paramedics on the scene as well as the original patient.
