Is there a longer clip with more context? This clip doesn't show who she's comparing Biden to when she says there would be "more love". It seems like she's talking about a Democratic candidate to me. Also, she's talking about the public's view, not her own voting preferences.

yes, almost everyone who wasn't an idiot thought biden would have been a more electable candidate than hillary in 2016. we hadn't heard about hunter and joe hadn't been exposed as a dementia addled pedophile yet.
